Veteran Suicides!?!
The news is reporting (I heard it from Katie Couric)that veteran suicides, mainly from the Iraq war, amount to twice the suicides of civillians this year! If this doesn't say stop the war I don't know what does.

Dennis Kucinich is being denied a spot in the Iowa Democratic Debate this week! Get this, it's because they say he doesn't have "an official field office".

it's sad.. and says a lot about a country. not good thing either
that the men in the war room ask these men and women who serve our country to give so much for them but when they come home we neglect them and don't give them both the physical and mental health care that they desperately need.

re: Dennis Kucinich being shut out at the Iowa debate on the 13th:
You should be fired AND blackballed for your little debate tricks. Not to include Dennis Kucinich is precisely one of the reasons our election process is in such a terrible mess; and you are part of it.
Our family will NOT be watching any Des Moines debates. We do not need to invite a disservice into our living room.

That's great, but one family will do nothing to hurt their ratings or make a difference in the debate. What would say something is if every household in America that felt it an injustice to Kucinich would boycott the debate, then someone just might begin to say "Hey, they're not taking our BullSh*T any more" and make some changes. Remember the old sayings "all for one, one for all" and "divided we fall". They aren't gonna listen until we all come together over a common cause with enough people to make the madness stop! (Sorry just felt the need for a soapbox rant)
